Shauna-kaye Brown is a multifaceted Lifelong Learner, Transformational Speaker, Author, Humanitarian Advocate and Empowerment Coach who focuses on assisting individuals with manifesting their greatness. As a Founding Member of Leader School under the auspices of leadership maven, Dr. Matthew Stevenson III, she is quickly adapting and applying her knowledge gained to help others realize their potential. She is certified in Leadership Theory and is currently studying People Theory!

She has spoken at various places such as Long Island University, New York Institute of Technology, Brown Memorial Baptist Church, One God Ministry, and the Langston Hughes Senior Center on topics ranging from Personal Transformation, Mental Toughness, Realizing the Power of Vision, to Goal Setting. She is keen on helping people transform their lives and has participated in a myriad of projects geared toward personal growth and development.
She is an astute motivator who is known for Encouraging, Empowering, and Equipping people across the nations of the world to believe in their inherent power to lead a purpose-driven life. She has written several articles for the Jamaica Gleaner and received numerous writing awards including the Lay Magistrates Essay Award.
Most of her early life was spent in abject poverty which led her to develop a burning desire to help people transcend the confines of lack and limitations to realize their inherent greatness. She fervently believes that it is not where you start that determines where you finish, but how much you desire to leave the starting blocks and maintain a level of commitment until your dreams are manifested.
